Great job, I love it. Sam hearing Gene there on ehe edge of unconsciousness, like [livejournal.com profile] jean_genie said, was perfect, just that little hint at what Gene would do for Sam. Having Sam wake up to Gene by his bedside always makes me smile as well. Really, great job!
